Schneider Electric is hiring a Senior AI Engineer I embedded within its Secure Power business team in the United States. You will build and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, automate workflows with low-code platforms like Power Automate and Power Apps, and build Power BI dashboards that remove manual work and improve operational visibility. The role includes integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems such as Salesforce and Oracle while adhering to responsible AI, security, and governance policies.
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio to solve real Secure Power business problems
- Design and maintain automation and dashboard infrastructure with Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Smartsheet
- Map current-state workflows, redesign broken or redundant steps, and deliver prototypes and MVPs with process owners
- Automate workflows across Salesforce, Oracle, CPQ, and SharePoint to eliminate manual data re-entry
- Run pilots, gather feedback, iterate quickly, and create documentation so the team can own the solutions
- Ensure all AI solutions comply with governance, security, and responsible AI policies in collaboration with the central AI team
