Lead AI Architect

SNI is seeking a Lead AI Architect to define enterprise AI strategy and architect large-scale autonomous multi-agent systems. The role involves designing integration layers, vector knowledge architectures, and ensuring security/compliance with regulations like the AI Act. Candidates need 10+ years of experience and deep expertise in GenAI, agentic AI, cloud, and LLMOps.

• Define enterprise AI strategy balancing commercial and open-source models with cost, performance, security, and compliance.
• Architect large-scale autonomous multi-agent ecosystems including orchestration, task delegation, and context management.
• Design enterprise integration layers using REST APIs, event-driven architectures, MCP, and custom connectors.
• Architect distributed vector databases, embedding pipelines, and RAG governance policies.
• Own security and compliance at the architectural level, including PII handling and AI Act adherence.
• Drive production excellence with cloud architectures, observability, automated evaluation, and cost governance.
• Establish architectural standards and mentor senior engineers and architects.

• 10+ years in software architecture, development, data engineering, or ML engineering with hands-on GenAI/agentic AI expertise.
• Proven track record delivering autonomous multi-agent systems at enterprise scale.
