Machine Learning Engineer

Second Foundation is a technology and trading company that builds data-driven trading strategies. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will develop Python tooling, improve data infrastructure, deploy ML models, and simplify MLOps for analytical and trading teams. You will ensure model reliability and performance in production while presenting insights through custom dashboards.

• Build industry-leading tooling in Python to support analytical and trading teams.
• Set up data processing pipelines and improve data infrastructure.
• Enable new machine learning approaches and simplify ML operations.
• Deploy new models in production, monitor reliability, and continuously improve performance.
• Present complex data in an understandable way through custom dashboards.
• Deliver code quickly to production with direct stakeholder feedback.

• Mathematical or technical background.

• Strong ability to discuss, communicate, and document technical decisions.
• Affinity for delivering clean, concise, and maintainable code.
