SAP iXp Intern - People Insights Data Scientist (limited, full-time)

SAP iXp Intern position for a People Insights Data Scientist in Prague. The intern will analyze employee feedback, design surveys using Qualtrics, and leverage AI-augmented development workflows with Python and Azure Databricks to derive people analytics insights.

• Analyze employee feedback and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Implement employee-facing survey requests using Qualtrics (survey setup, dashboard design, Sentiment Analysis)
• Perform data wrangling and quantitative/qualitative analyses using AI-augmented development (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) and Python/R
• Leverage Azure Databricks for complex analyses
• Assist with global #Unfiltered survey program
• Facilitate enablement sessions and create communication assets
• Work in Scrum setup

• Currently a student at a university or university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields: Data Science, ML Ops, Data Engineering, or related
• Data Science & Analytics: Python (Polars, Seaborn, Statsmodels, Scikit-learn, PyTorch), SQL, statistical inference, experimental design, A/B testing
• AI & DevOps: AI-augmented development with Claude Code and GitHub Copilot, Git/GitHub, CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
• Optionally R as secondary language
