Safran Analytics, the AI Factory of the Safran Group, is hiring an MLOps Engineer to join its Technical Direction. You will build and maintain MLOps foundations for machine learning and generative AI products, industrializing models on tabular and time series data. The role involves close collaboration with product and foundation squads in an agile environment, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and traceability.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain Safran Analytics' MLOps foundations: workflow orchestration, experiment tracking, model versioning, inference endpoints, drift monitoring
- Industrialize ML models on tabular and time series data (anomaly detection, forecasting) via training, testing, deployment, and monitoring pipelines
- Implement or integrate technical solutions ensuring compliance with regulatory traceability and auditability requirements (AI Act, EASA regulations)
- Contribute to establishing MLOps practices for generative AI products
- Participate in technical scoping of AI projects
Requirements
- Master's degree or engineering diploma in applied mathematics, computer science, data science, or related fields
- At least 4 years of experience industrializing and deploying machine learning models to production
