Seeking a Senior AI Solutions Architect to design and scale enterprise-grade AI systems for a retail sector company. This hybrid role in Los Angeles combines hands-on engineering with strategic influence on the AI roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI systems and integrations
- Design and implement AI orchestration workflows including agent-based and context-aware systems
- Develop and manage LLM-powered applications across business platforms
- Partner with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and drive business impact
- Establish governance and best practices for AI workflows
- Lead integration efforts with ERP, HRIS, and supply chain systems
- Contribute to AI strategy and roadmap
- Mentor engineers and promote AI adoption
Requirements
- Proven experience as an AI Architect or Senior AI Engineer
- Expertise in LLMs, AI orchestration, and agent-based systems
- Strong background in enterprise integration (ERP, HRIS)
- Leadership and mentoring skills
