We are seeking a visionary Senior Machine Learning Engineer to own the intersection of data engineering and enterprise-scale AI, leveraging Medallion Architecture on Azure Databricks. You will build ML-ready data pipelines and lead the evolution of our ML and data platform in a hybrid work environment in Dallas, TX. This role offers the opportunity to shape data strategy, mentor teams, and drive innovation in a mid-sized company with a strong culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead the evolution of the cutting-edge ML and data platform
- Build dynamic ML pipelines from data ingestion to deployment and monitoring
- Design and operationalize Bronze → Silver → Gold data flows for ML workloads and analytics
- Develop and maintain ML-ready datasets and a Feature Store
- Turn business needs into scalable, impactful ML solutions
- Engineer robust ETL/ELT and automated workflows
- Collaborate to ensure ML solutions deliver business impact
- Mentor the team and champion engineering excellence
- Safeguard data governance, security, and performance
- Create dashboards and models to turn ML insights into action
Requirements
- 5–7 years of ML and data engineering, including building data models and leading teams
with a strong culture
