Responsibilities
Lead evolution of ML & Data Platform
Build dynamic ML pipelines from data ingestion to deployment and monitoring
Design and operationalize Bronze → Silver → Gold data flows
Develop and maintain ML-ready datasets and Feature Store
Turn business needs into scalable ML solutions
Engineer robust ETL/ELT and automated workflows
Collaborate to ensure ML solutions deliver business impact
Mentor team and champion engineering excellence
Safeguard data governance, security, and performance
Create dashboards and models to turn ML insights into action
Requirements
5–7 years of ML and data engineering, including building data models and leading teams
Designed ML-ready architectures and scalable workflows; set engineering standards
Expert in Medallion Architecture for structured, ML-ready datasets
Experienced with Azure Databricks for ML and data pipelines
Migrated workloads to Databricks; used Delta Lake, MLflow, and Databricks Workflows
