Machine Learning Engineer

Join Relesys as a Machine Learning Engineer to advance in-house ML capabilities for their employee engagement SaaS platform. You will design, build, and deploy ML models in production, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and help mature ML operations and best practices.

• Design, build, train, and improve machine learning models with a focus on production readiness and maintainability
• Take ownership of existing AI/ML solutions and gradually internalize them
• Establish and mature internal ML development environments, pipelines, and workflows
• Collaborate with product managers and software engineering teams to integrate ML models into .NET-based backend and APIs
• Monitor model performance, drift, latency, and cost in production
• Define standards and best practices for ML, including versioning, documentation, testing, and review

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Machine Learning in production
• Strong development skills and experience deploying ML models as services (APIs, batch jobs, pipelines)
• Solid understanding of model evaluation, data leakage, bias, and concept drift
• Strong software engineering mindset with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
• Excellent communication skills in English
