Machine Learning Engineer - Customer Solutions

Flexgen is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join their customer solutions team. You will collaborate with customers to understand their workflows and build virtual agents using AI and machine learning. This role involves full-stack development including software engineering, DevOps, and MLOps. Ideal candidates have strong Python skills, experience with LLMs and agentic AI, and a product mindset.

• Collaborate with customers to design and build Virtual Agents that automate processes.
• Contribute to the development of the Virtual Agent development platform.
• Ensure AI services maintain high standards of reliability, observability, and performance.
• Participate in the machine learning community to influence ML and computer vision implementation.
• Take ownership of customer outcomes and make autonomous decisions.
• Contribute full-stack development including software engineering, DevOps, and MLOps.

• Strong Python and Machine Learning Engineering skills.
• Experience applying AI to solve customer problems.
• Ability to develop agentic AI systems.
• Understanding of Kubernetes for software deployment.
• Problem solving and project management skills.
• Ability to travel to company-wide offsites three times per year.
