About the Role

This role focuses on developing conversational AI solutions for the insurance industry, leveraging NLP and generative AI to enhance customer journeys. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will work on voicebot and chatbot systems to improve user interactions. The position is based in Paris, France.

Responsibilities

Develop and deploy conversational AI models for insurance use cases
Implement NLP and generative AI techniques to improve customer interactions
Optimize voicebot performance and accuracy

Requirements

Experience in machine learning, NLP, and generative AI
Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
Knowledge of conversational AI and voicebot technologies

Nice to Have

Experience in the insurance industry
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
