About the Role
Poppulo is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Machine Learning Engineer to drive the development of AI-powered employee communications and digital signage solutions. The role focuses on designing and deploying agentic AI systems that leverage large language models and generative AI. You will own end-to-end delivery from model development to production deployment and monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of AI features across model, backend, APIs, UI integration, deployment, monitoring, and iteration in production
- Design and develop AI-powered products, including agentic AI solutions that orchestrate LLMs, tools, and workflows autonomously
- Implement ML lifecycle from data engineering and model development to cloud-based deployment and operationalization, including MLOps
- Optimize model and system performance in terms of latency, cost, and reliability for LLM-driven systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate ML innovations and align with product strategy
Requirements
- Strong background in designing and deploying real-world ML applications such as Computer Vision and Classification
- Deep understanding of generative models (LLMs), AI Agents, prompt engineering, RAG, and vector databases
- Proficiency in ML/GenAI frameworks and programming languages
- Hands-on experience with MLOps on AWS, Azure, or GCP
