Responsibilities include model tuning and ensuring robust performance across healthcare communication channels.

• Develop and maintain LLM and RAG systems for healthcare AI applications
• Design and optimize prompts for chatbot and voice agent interactions
• Build and refine RAG frameworks for telephony and customer service integrations
• Monitor and improve model performance and accuracy

• Experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering
• Strong background in AI/ML development and model optimization
• Familiarity with voice AI and telephony integration
