About the Role
Platform Recruitment is seeking a Founding AI Research Engineer for a well-funded AI startup in London. The role focuses on building deeply personalized models that understand the full context of how you work, driving the scientific and research direction from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the research agenda for context-aware personalized models. Lead development of novel AI architectures and algorithms. Collaborate with engineering to deploy models into production.
Requirements
- PhD or equivalent experience in machine learning, deep learning, or related field. Strong background in NLP and personalization systems. Proficiency in Python and PyTorch. Experience with large-scale model training and deployment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with LLMs and transformer architectures. Published research at top conferences. Startup experience.
