ML Engineer

Omni Inclusive is seeking a senior ML Engineer with 7+ years of experience deploying and maintaining ML pipelines in production. The role involves working with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, IBM Cloud), and CI/CD tools. Strong communication skills are required to explain technical solutions to stakeholders.

• Deploy and maintain ML pipelines in production; work with containerization and orchestration; collaborate with cross-functional teams; communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Statistics, Math, Engineering, Information Systems, etc.)
• 7+ years deploying and maintaining ML pipelines in production
• 7+ years with Docker and containerization
• 7+ years with Kubernetes
• 7+ years with Python, Java, Scala, or Go
• 7+ years with cloud platforms (IBM Cloud, AWS, GCP, and/or Azure) with experience in AWS services (S3, EKS, EMR, Athena, Glue, Lambdas, Kinesis, MSK, SageMaker, SQS, SNS) or equivalents
• 7+ years with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, TravisCI, Bamboo)
• Good communication and presentation skills

• Master's degree in a STEM field
• 3+ years with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible, Chef)
• 7+ years with Apache Spark
• 10+ years with cloud platforms
