Conversational AI Application Developer (English and Spanish speaker)

Omilia is seeking a Conversational AI application developer to join the Solution Delivery team. The role involves designing and developing production-grade conversational and agentic AI systems using Omilia's Cloud Platform. Responsibilities include working with customers, implementing ML and GenAI technologies, and ensuring system performance. The position is fully remote from any EU country.

• Working with customers to analyze and understand business requirements
• Designing the application in line with usability principles
• Developing hybrid Conversational AI applications blending agentic and deterministic capabilities
• Implementing and testing semantic models and conversation flow using rule-based, ML-based, and GenAI-based technologies
• Preparing, augmenting, and annotating datasets for ML and agentic training
• Executing model testing, developing semantic rules, managing RAG knowledge base configuration, prompt engineering
• Using JavaScript to code application logic
• Integrating applications with client systems via REST web services
• Test-driven development, unit and regression testing
• Analyzing real-life dialogs using analytics tools and identifying improvements
• Debugging and troubleshooting with customers and team
• Testing early platform features and providing feedback
• Supporting partners and customers with design and development practices
