Senior Solutions Architect, Generative AI

NVIDIA seeks a Senior Solutions Architect for Generative AI to help leading consumer internet companies and frontier labs design and optimize large-scale GPU-based AI infrastructure. The role focuses on accelerating customer workloads, profiling distributed training and inference, and resolving complex system performance issues. This is a remote position requiring up to 20% travel for customer site visits.

• Collaborate with customers to maximize GPU utilization, workload throughput, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Design and optimize large-scale AI clusters across compute, networking, storage, scheduling, and observability.
• Profile distributed training and inference workloads to identify bottlenecks across hardware and software stacks.
• Diagnose complex infrastructure issues spanning InfiniBand/RoCE fabrics, RDMA, NCCL, NVLink, and NVSwitch.
• Lead proof-of-concepts, benchmarking, and performance studies for large-scale AI infrastructure.
• Partner with engineering, product, and sales teams to drive customer-focused solutions.

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in AI infrastructure, systems engineering, HPC, networking, SRE, or related field.
• Deep understanding of Linux, distributed computing, GPU architectures, and large-scale AI cluster components.
