GenAI Engineer - Agentic SWAT

Sourced from aicarriere.nl

• Design and implement agentic workflows (tool use, planning, memory, orchestration) to automate complex tasks. Prototype rapidly, validate with users, and productionize successful solutions with robust monitoring and guardrails. Integrate LLMs with internal/external systems via APIs, databases, and event-driven services. Develop evaluation frameworks (offline/online), quality metrics, and A/B tests to improve reliability and accuracy. Implement safety, privacy, and compliance controls (prompt security, data handling, access control). Optimize performance and cost through model selection, caching, batching, and retrieval strategies. Document architectures, runbooks, and best practices; mentor teammates and enable cross-functional delivery.

• GenAI/LLM engineering: prompt design, RAG, tool/function calling, agent frameworks, grounding and hallucination mitigation. Software engineering: strong coding ability, API design, testing, CI/CD, and production troubleshooting. Data & retrieval: vector databases, embeddings, search, data pipelines, and structured/unstructured data handling. Cloud & ops: containerization, observability, scalable services, and cost-aware deployments. Collaboration: stakeholder management, clear communication, and rapid iteration in ambiguous environments.
