AI Engineer

NN is looking for an AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions that deliver measurable business impact. The role involves developing and productionizing machine learning models, building data pipelines, and implementing MLOps practices such as CI/CD, monitoring, and automated retraining. The ideal candidate has strong Python skills, experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow, and familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization.

• Develop and productionize machine learning models, including training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Build data pipelines and feature engineering workflows to support model lifecycle needs.
• Implement MLOps practices: CI/CD for ML, model versioning, monitoring, and automated retraining.
• Integrate AI services into applications via APIs and collaborate with engineering and product teams.
• Optimize model performance, latency, and cost; troubleshoot issues in production environments.
• Document solutions, ensure reproducibility, and support governance, privacy, and compliance requirements.

• Programming: Python (preferred), plus software engineering best practices and testing.
• ML frameworks: PyTorch and/or TensorFlow; familiarity with classical ML and deep learning.
• Data: SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT, and working with large datasets.
• Deployment: REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
