AI Solutions Architect

Neurons Lab is an FSI-focused AI consultancy that embeds with enterprise clients to design and deliver AI transformation. As an AI Solutions Architect in their Talent Network, you lead technical delivery on client engagements, designing scalable AI architectures and bridging business and technical teams.

• Communicate project progress and prepare upsell ideas for existing clients
• Lead AI Engineers on customer projects, create tasks, and support team growth
• Design scalable AI system architectures; decide on model selection, deployment patterns, and infrastructure
• Establish AI development standards, safety protocols, and compliance frameworks
• Define multi-agent system design and agent-to-agent communication protocols

• Hands-on experience in AI/ML solutions development
• Experience working with financial services clients or inside an FSI company
• Experience with large regulated organizations (banks, insurers, government) is a plus
• Experience with a cloud hyperscaler (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Advanced written and oral communication in English
• Technical team leadership and stakeholder management skills
