Netic is building the AI revenue engine for essential services, bringing frontier AI to the physical economy. We are looking for a Software Engineer to architect and scale the backbone supporting our autonomous AI agents. You'll build cloud infrastructure, automate operations, and enable scale in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Build cloud infrastructure to host AI agents and support the platform.
- Automate operations with infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement autoscaling and multi-region support for handling usage spikes.
- Create observability with monitoring, logging, and dashboards.
- Maintain security through IAM, network segmentation, and audit trails.
Requirements
- 4+ years running distributed systems at scale with GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Proven record with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines (Git Actions).
- Experience optimizing systems and databases for latency and cost (e.g., pgBouncer, Kubernetes autoscaling).
- Fluent with modern monitoring and tracing tools (e.g., Datadog).
- Understanding of enterprise security and compliance (authentication, service proxies).
