Multiverse is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead the AI Transformation team in building end-to-end AI agent systems and platforms. You will design context retrieval strategies, build evaluation frameworks, and integrate tools to enable scalable, production-grade AI solutions for internal operations and customer products. This role requires strong full-stack capabilities and a product mindset to drive high-impact AI adoption.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver end-to-end AI systems, including agents and their underlying platforms
- Design context and retrieval strategies, including pipelines, memory, summarization, and RBAC
- Build automated evaluation frameworks and human-in-the-loop review processes
- Design tool integrations using MCPs, APIs, and data contracts
- Influence technical direction and contribute to architectural decisions
Requirements
- Proven experience shipping AI systems that serve real users at scale
- Deep understanding of agent engineering challenges: context management, model routing, cost engineering, and evaluation
- Full-stack delivery skills across LLM integration, backend services, data pipelines, and frontend
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to engineers and business stakeholders
