Mindera is seeking a Senior Fullstack AI Engineer to combine strong software engineering with modern AI-assisted development practices. The role involves leveraging AI coding assistants like OpenAI Codex and GitHub Copilot to accelerate development, while ensuring quality and trust in AI-generated code. You will build full-stack web applications using React and Node.js and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Use AI coding assistants such as OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot in daily workflows.
- Develop and maintain reusable prompts, workflows, skills, and agent instructions.
- Design, build, and maintain modern web applications across frontend and backend systems.
- Review and validate AI-generated code to ensure production readiness.
- Implement automated testing and quality assurance practices.
- Mentor other engineers on effective and responsible use of AI.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience relevant for the role.
- Relevant experience in React and Node.js.
- Strong experience delivering software across the SDLC.
- Experience building production-grade applications.
- Experience working in Agile product development teams.
