Lobster is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to design and build scalable systems for supply chain data integration. You'll collaborate with the Principal Data Scientist to implement AI strategies, develop microservices, and optimize event-driven pipelines. The role requires 5+ years of experience in ML/AI, strong Python skills, and familiarity with LLMs, PyTorch, and cloud ML services.
Responsibilities
- Designing and building robust, scalable systems that support high-volume supply chain transactions.
- Defining and implementing AI strategies and scalable microservices for data mapping and integration.
- Developing and maintaining RESTful and GraphQL APIs for service communication.
- Creating and optimizing event-driven data pipelines for real-time processing.
- Evaluating and implementing best-fit tools and technologies.
- Collaborating with customers and stakeholders to validate solution performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering experience in Machine Learning, AI, and Data Science.
- Hands-on production experience with LLMs, PyTorch, ML pipelines, and prompt engineering frameworks.
- Strong skills in Python development, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
