AI/ML Technical Architect Lead

Senior hands-on technical leadership role transforming advanced AI and ML capabilities into secure, scalable, production-ready solutions. You will shape AI/ML strategy and architecture while contributing to model development, deployment, integration, and operationalization. The position combines solution architecture, software engineering, MLOps, cybersecurity, and responsible AI practices, working on complex initiatives in highly regulated environments.

• Lead AI/ML strategy, solution architecture, and technical implementation across complex programs.
• Design, develop, integrate, and deploy scalable AI/ML models and intelligent systems.
• Oversee data engineering pipelines, MLOps processes, model lifecycle management, validation, and monitoring.
• Integrate AI/ML into secure enterprise environments with cybersecurity, governance, and compliance requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers and advise leadership on emerging AI technologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field; Master's/PhD preferred.
• 10+ years in AI/ML, data science, software engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on production AI/ML development with MLOps.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, Java, or comparable languages.
• Deep knowledge of TensorFlow or PyTorch, ideally with AWS SageMaker.
