Senior Solutions Architect, ISV Canada

AWS Canada seeks a Senior Solutions Architect to help Independent Software Vendors adopt cloud technologies. The role involves designing end-to-end architectures, building strategic relationships, and leading cross-functional solution delivery. Strong AI/ML experience including generative AI, MLOps, and RAG architectures is preferred.

• Architect extensible, reusable cloud solutions for migration, modernization, and innovation challenges
• Build and own strategic relationships with senior customer leaders and influence long-term technology strategy
• Provide technical leadership across internal and cross-functional teams, negotiating architectural trade-offs
• Develop and deliver technical content such as workshops, prototypes, and presentations
• Advocate for customers by identifying product gaps and working with AWS service teams

• 5+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
• Deep technical expertise across cloud architecture, data & analytics, AI/ML, software development, security, and networking
• Familiarity with modern architectural patterns such as microservices, serverless, and event-driven systems
• French and English fluency required for Quebec location
