Research Engineer (Agentic Models)

JetBrains is hiring a Research Engineer to work on agentic models. The role focuses on researching and developing models, training loops, and evaluation pipelines for multi-step coding agents that understand large codebases and plan changes.

• Research and develop models for multi-step coding agents
• Design and implement training loops for model optimization
