AI/ML Engineer

IntelliTrans, a subsidiary of Roper Technologies, seeks an Applied AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy production AI/ML systems for their freight management platform. The role involves building agentic AI systems, LLM-powered features, and ML pipelines to solve real-world logistics challenges. The ideal candidate blends AI engineering with data science fundamentals and is comfortable operating across the full spectrum from exploratory data analysis to production deployment.

• Design, build, and evaluate agentic AI systems using Agentic AI platforms for freight management use cases.
• Develop and optimize LLM-powered features including prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and tool-calling agents.
• Build and maintain ML model evaluation frameworks with structured metrics and human feedback loops.
• Contribute to browser automation and AI hybrid systems using Playwright and Claude.
• Analyze complex freight datasets to generate actionable business insights.
• Develop predictive models for supply chain KPIs such as ETA prediction and anomaly detection.
• Design data pipelines and feature engineering workflows for data streaming.
• Develop production-grade Python services with FastAPI and async patterns.
• Collaborate on AWS cloud infrastructure for model deployment and agent runtime scaling.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and MLOps best practices.
