About the Role
iCapital seeks an Agentic AI Engineer to support delivery of AI-powered automation for document-heavy workflows. The role involves building and enhancing agentic AI workflows, integrating LLMs for document processing, and maintaining production automation. This is a hands-on position focusing on repeatable, embedded operational processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist in building and enhancing agentic AI workflows for document intake, data extraction, validation, enrichment, and routing.
- Integrate AI/ML and LLM-based models for document classification, entity extraction, and metadata generation.
- Build and maintain automation workflows and system integrations across document platforms and operational systems.
- Support production automation by monitoring workflows, troubleshooting failures, and improving reliability.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to translate business requirements into automated solutions.
- Contribute to documentation and standards for maintainable workflows.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI-related roles.
- 3+ years leading cross-functional initiatives at scale.
- Experience operationalizing AI/ML or advanced analytics solutions in production, preferably in financial services.
