About the Role

PwC Poland's Digital&IPA team is seeking an AI Engineering Lead to design and implement modern applications utilizing Generative AI and Python. The role involves contributing to high-performance solution architecture, supporting junior developers, and presenting solutions to clients. Ideal candidates have deep expertise in LLMs, prompt engineering, and cloud platforms.

Requirements

Degree in computer science or related field; approximately 2 years in similar role; 6+ years Python and SDLC; experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; SQL/NoSQL databases; deep understanding of LLMs (transformers, embeddings, tokenization); proficiency in prompt engineering and orchestration tools (LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, Crew AI); expertise in agentic AI design patterns; experience with RAG systems; strong software engineering practices; CI/CD pipelines; Docker, Kubernetes; API design, event-driven architectures; knowledge of IAM, RBAC, network security.
