About the Role
Harvey is seeking a Sr. AI Enablement Engineer to advise on, build, integrate, and operate AI tooling across departments. This hands-on IC role involves owning MCP and connector integrations, governing internal AI tools, and translating emerging AI capabilities into production workflows. The ideal candidate has strong integration and AI experience, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Extend and govern AI workflows across People, Legal, Finance, and Workplace.
- Own technical governance of internal AI tools, including the plugin marketplace and security reviews.
- Own the MCP and connector roadmap for enterprise systems (HRIS, ERP, contract management, etc.).
- Translate emerging AI capabilities into Harvey's internal roadmap.
- Run AI vendor security and privacy reviews.
- Build integration prototypes and reference architectures.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software or integration engineering experience, with at least 2 years building integrations between SaaS systems.
- Hands-on experience with API integration patterns, OAuth, webhook architectures.
- Practical experience with LLM-based applications and AI tooling (prompt design, agent workflows, etc.).
- Working knowledge of MCP or comparable agent-tool integration patterns.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management instincts.
