Fulcrum is a Series A AI startup building AI-powered insurance automation. We are seeking a Senior Forward Deployed AI Engineer to work on-site in San Francisco, deploying AI solutions directly with clients.

• Deploy and integrate AI models into customer environments
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements
• Optimize model performance in production

• Senior-level experience in AI/ML engineering
• Strong software engineering skills
• Experience with deploying ML models in production
• Ability to work on-site 5 days a week
