【Machine Learning Engineer(Bilingual)】Global Knowledge Platform spanning 190+ Countries | Hybrid Work

G Talent is seeking a bilingual Machine Learning Engineer to specialize in Japanese NLP and model accuracy evaluation for a global knowledge platform serving over 800,000 experts across 190 countries. You will design and implement autonomous AI agents using predictive and generative models, collaborating with engineers in the US.

• Service development in collaboration with English-speaking engineers at overseas subsidiaries
• Design, implementation, and validation of machine learning models
• Promotion of CI/CD pipelines, training, model monitoring, and version control based on MLOps best practices
• Optimizing the performance and scalability of machine learning models
• Fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) and designing and implementing training
• Staying abreast of the latest trends in machine learning, MLOps, and LLMs, and researching new technologies

• Experience in developing and deploying ML models using NLP or at least 1 year of practical data science experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, data science, mathematics, statistics, or equivalent knowledge
• Business-level English proficiency
• Business-level Japanese proficiency
