Data Scientist and Engineer

• Use machine learning and AI techniques (predictive models, uplift models, personalization models, NLP) to solve business problems.
• Build data pipelines for model development, including dataset creation and cleaning.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline data science solutions.
• Implement and validate predictive models, and create statistical models with focus on big data.
• Write model development documentation and communicate results to stakeholders.

• PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Statistics, or Data Science.
• 4-5 years of experience in data science with hands-on ML models.
• Proficiency in Python, Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn.
• Proficient in SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with large datasets and NLP models.
