About the Role
Foundation Partners is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to work embedded at Flok Health, an AI-native healthcare startup transforming MSK care. This full-stack role has a frontend focus, building and scaling consumer-facing web applications that deliver quality clinical care. You will collaborate closely with engineering, UX, and leadership to make data-driven decisions and ensure great user experiences across devices.
Responsibilities
- Build new product features full-stack, with a frontend focus.
- Design non-functional app features such as offline support and observability.
- Contribute to technical roadmap planning.
- Work with product and UX to iterate on app design and requirements.
- Participate in bug triage and incident investigations.
- Improve test coverage across a variety of user devices.
- Make data-driven decisions about app changes and collaborate with leadership.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills, ideally in TypeScript or Python.
- Experience with full-stack web development.
- Comfort working with design and product teams to shape products.
- Deep care for users and commitment to quality clinical care.
- Ability to take initiative and ownership, with clear communication.
- For senior hires: experience building and scaling consumer-facing production web applications.
