EZRA is hiring an AI Platform Engineer (LLMOps) to build and operate the production AI platform powering AI-first features. The role involves designing runtime platforms, implementing observability, managing model lifecycle, and optimizing performance. Ideal for experienced platform engineers with a focus on AI/LLM systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate the AI runtime platform, including deployment pipelines.
- Implement observability and monitoring across AI systems.
- Manage prompt and model configuration lifecycle.
- Ensure security and compliance standards.
- Optimize AI system performance and cost.
Requirements
- 6+ years in platform engineering, DevOps/SRE, or backend operations.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of observability practices.
- Familiarity with operational considerations for AI/LLM systems.
- Experience managing infrastructure changes through code review.
- Experience optimizing system reliability, performance, and cost.
