AI Platform Engineer - EZRA

EZRA is hiring an AI Platform Engineer (LLMOps) to build and operate the production AI platform powering AI-first features. The role involves designing runtime platforms, implementing observability, managing model lifecycle, and optimizing performance. Ideal for experienced platform engineers with a focus on AI/LLM systems.

• Design, build, and operate the AI runtime platform, including deployment pipelines.
• Implement observability and monitoring across AI systems.
• Manage prompt and model configuration lifecycle.
• Ensure security and compliance standards.
• Optimize AI system performance and cost.

• 6+ years in platform engineering, DevOps/SRE, or backend operations.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of observability practices.
• Familiarity with operational considerations for AI/LLM systems.
• Experience managing infrastructure changes through code review.
• Experience optimizing system reliability, performance, and cost.
