About the Role
Build the GTM automation system for enterprise retail and CPG. Design agentic outbound stacks and signal pipelines using AI tools like Claude Code and Cursor. Work directly with the founder to drive pipeline for multi-billion-euro retailers.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain agentic outbound stacks with multi-step sequences. Develop signal pipelines from LinkedIn, Apollo, Exa, Gong, Granola, and RFPs. Implement account scoring and CRM hygiene. Create internal tooling like dashboards, Slack bots, and ROI calculators.
Requirements
- Strong bias to ship and build. Experience building outbound systems or signal pipelines. Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude Code or similar. Ability to work autonomously and own the engineering side of GTM.
Nice to Have
- Experience with HubSpot or other CRMs. Knowledge of enterprise retail/CPG sales motions.
