Flexgen is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead computer vision deployment for its AI-driven warehouse intelligence platform. The role involves building scalable GPU infrastructure, end-to-end CV pipelines, and optimizing ML models for production inference. You will work at the intersection of machine learning, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure, collaborating with research scientists and product teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain distributed cloud GPU infrastructure for large-scale world model training and low-latency inference.
- Build end-to-end computer vision pipelines from data ingestion through model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Deploy and optimize state-of-the-art ML models using serving platforms and inference optimization techniques.
- Design and operate orchestration systems that enable engineers and non-engineers to build and manage ML pipelines.
- Establish monitoring, benchmarking, and evaluation frameworks to ensure model performance and reliability in production.
Requirements
- B.S./M.S. in Computer Science, Robotics, or similar technical field.
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in machine learning infrastructure.
