About the Role
Cohere is hiring a Senior Manager, Solutions Architecture to lead the Americas commercial Solutions Architecture team. This role involves building a high-performing team, driving revenue growth through technical sales strategies, and architecting enterprise AI solutions using agentic AI and LLMs.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Americas commercial Solutions Architecture team.
- Partner with Sales to drive revenue growth and close strategic enterprise opportunities.
- Architect enterprise AI solutions across cloud, hybrid, VPC, and on-premises environments.
- Shape product direction by translating customer feedback into roadmap priorities.
Requirements
- 8+ years in Solutions Architecture or related field with 5+ years leading technical teams.
- Strong understanding of modern AI architectures including LLMs and agentic AI.
- Proven ability to partner with enterprise Sales organizations and articulate business value.
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience building repeatable solution-selling methodologies.
- Background in enterprise AI, cloud, or data platform companies.
- Experience in regulated industries such as financial services or healthcare.
