Cohere is hiring a Solutions Architect for Southern Europe, based in Paris, to help leading enterprises and public institutions adopt AI securely and at scale. This role blends forward-deployed engineering with AI transformation, owning the technical relationship with customers from discovery and architecture through pilot results and business case. You will partner with account executives, the partner ecosystem, and executive leadership to drive adoption of Cohere's foundation models and end-to-end products.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical talk track on customer calls and serve as the trusted technical advisor.
- Design enterprise architectures for Cohere deployments and facilitate customer evaluations and pilots inside their stack.
- Work with customer executives to prioritise use cases, define success metrics, and build the business case for AI adoption.
- Develop and document processes to enable the solutions architect team and adjacent teams to scale effectively.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure offerings match customer needs and bring structured feedback back to internal teams.
- Work closely with partners to develop a strategy for enabling and accelerating their customers.
Requirements
- 3+ years in customer-facing technical roles where you both built and advised, such as consulting data scientist, forward deployed engineer, deployment strategist, or solutions architect, taking AI or data solutions from executive problem framing to production.
