Staff MLOps Engineer (AI/ML Platform)

Cint is hiring a Staff MLOps Engineer to own the AI/ML platform, initially supporting the Synthetic Data Platform for survey augmentation and respondent profiling, with a longer-term remit covering Trust Score and other AI initiatives. The role involves auditing the current setup, building a shared ML platform with training infrastructure, experiment tracking, model serving, and monitoring, while partnering with the AI/ML team in Prague.

• Audit existing AI/ML training and serving setup and decide on build vs. extend strategy
• Build shared AI/ML platform: training infrastructure, experiment tracking, model registry, serving, monitoring
• Oversee full ML lifecycle from data ingestion to annotation workflows
• Own training infrastructure on Databricks and Unity Catalog
• Build model serving layer with low-latency APIs, batch scoring, caching, integrate with Java/Spring services
• Build observability for data drift, model drift, accuracy regression, business metrics using Grafana and Prometheus
• Set patterns for cost-effective training and serving, represent ML infrastructure spend to finance
• Mentor AI/ML and Infrastructure engineers on engineering best practices
• Drive AI tooling adoption (Claude Code, agentic workflows, AI-assisted incident response)

• Deep ML platform expertise at scale, with strong opinions on feature stores, model registries, serving patterns, and ML observability
