Biomarker Data Scientist

The Biomarker Data Scientist automates insight generation for statistical reporting, collaborates with scientists, develops training materials, performs exploratory and confirmatory biomarker analyses, and incorporates advanced statistical concepts into digital solutions.

• Automate insight generation for statistical reporting
• Collaborate with scientists and external partners
• Create training materials for statistical and machine learning methods
• Develop analysis plans and sample size calculations
• Develop and maintain analytical code pipelines and tools
• Execute exploratory and confirmatory biomarker analyses
• Incorporate advanced statistical concepts into digital solutions
• Oversee quantitative work outsourced to providers
• Perform advanced statistical analyses
• Prototype analytical methods and validate approaches

• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL
• Experience with machine learning and statistical methods (Bayesian, time series, etc.)
• Knowledge of clinical trial data and data standards
• Strong data preprocessing and feature engineering skills
• Familiarity with version control and software design
