About the Role
Axians is seeking a Conversational Agent AI Platform Engineer to develop and maintain conversational AI solutions in a cloud-native environment. The role involves onboarding new use cases, managing data pipelines, and ensuring platform stability. You will work with Python, APIs, and AI technologies within an agile team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and administer conversational AI platform components
- Onboard new use cases and provide technical support
- Develop data pipelines using Airflow and prepare data in Elasticsearch
- Collaborate with DevOps, MLOps, and other teams
- Monitor and troubleshoot application issues
- Participate in agile ceremonies
Requirements
- 5+ years of development experience
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience with data and AI pipeline development (Airflow)
- Experience with API Management (APIGEE)
- Knowledge of DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Argo CD)
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Fluency in English
Nice to Have
- Experience with secret management (HashiCorp Vault)
- Front-end development skills (React)
- Familiarity with security best practices
