Assured is seeking a Senior AI Marketing Engineer to build and own the agentic workflows, data models, and dashboards powering their marketing function. This role combines applied AI, data engineering, and systems integration to create internal agents (primarily on Claude) that automate research, content drafting, and account monitoring. The ideal candidate will stand up a unified marketing data warehouse and deliver high-impact GTM insights to leadership.
Responsibilities
- Design and ship internal AI agents and orchestrated agentic workflows using Claude for marketing tasks like research and objection prep.
- Build and maintain a warehouse-backed marketing data model (e.g., Snowflake) to serve as a single source of truth.
- Develop weekly executive dashboards providing clear visibility into pipeline and marketing performance.
- Integrate intelligence, automation, CRM, and analytics tools into a coherent technical stack.
- Ensure system compliance, observability, and data quality within carrier norms.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in AI operations, revenue/growth engineering, or data engineering.
- Proven track record of building with LLMs and shipping real agentic automations, not just prototypes.
- Experience integrating complex data and intelligence tools into a unified stack.
