Founding AI Engineer

We are building the first AI that can complete real design tasks on existing products, understanding context, design systems, and layout to generate production-quality work. As a Founding AI Engineer, you will architect the agentic intelligence system that makes this possible. You will own the multi-agent orchestration layer, design RAG pipelines, and build evaluation frameworks to measure design quality at scale.

• Own multi-agent orchestration layer – how specialized AI systems collaborate to think through design problems
• Design RAG pipelines that retrieve and apply design patterns at the right moments
• Build evaluation frameworks that measure 'senior designer quality' at scale
• Experiment with frontier approaches to achieve breakthrough results
• Shape technical strategy – define what's possible, not just execute

• Deep LLM expertise – understand model inference, fine-tuning, context optimization, and prompt engineering at a production level
• Experience designing RAG systems from scratch – including chunking strategies, embedding models, retrieval approaches, and re-ranking
• Debugged agentic systems in production – dealt with loops, hallucinations, tool selection failures, context window management
• Built your own evaluation frameworks for systematic quality measurement
