Hands-on technical lead role at Arm translating emerging AI research and capabilities into scalable, production-ready solutions. Shapes Arm's AI roadmap, leads experimentation and incubation, and builds reusable patterns, internal products, and agentic AI systems across the enterprise. Works across AI Enablement, Delivery, Data, Architecture, Engineering, IT, Compliance, and Security teams.
Responsibilities
- Shape practical, reusable AI capabilities across AI, ML, GenAI, LLMs, RAG, and agentic systems
- Define and embed AI engineering standards for evaluation, observability, testing, governance, and operational readiness
- Architect, build, deploy, and scale end-to-end AI products, APIs, services, and internal tools
- Lead AI experimentation and incubation from proof of value to MVP and production
- Create reusable patterns, frameworks, and guardrails for responsible innovation
- Identify and mitigate risks such as hallucination, prompt injection, data leakage, and unsafe tool use
- Collaborate with Engineering IT on agentic AI solutions to improve developer productivity
