We are seeking a Data Platform Site Reliability Engineer to design, operate, and maintain large-scale data infrastructure that powers analytics, reporting, and AI/ML workloads, including Generative AI applications. You will focus on ensuring platform reliability, scalability, and performance while implementing automation and observability best practices. This position requires close collaboration with data scientists and ML engineers to support the deployment and scaling of next-generation AI services.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain big data platforms for analytics, reporting, and AI/ML applications
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of critical data infrastructure
- Implement automation, monitoring, and incident response protocols for platform reliability
- Collaborate with AI and data engineering teams to support Generative AI workloads
Requirements
- Proven experience in Site Reliability Engineering or Platform Engineering
- Strong background in operating and scaling large-scale data platforms
- Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure and Generative AI application deployment
- Proficiency in scripting, automation tools, and cloud/data technologies
