Apple's Tools and Frameworks AI team builds next-generation AI-powered software development tools. As a Staff ML Engineer, you will architect and deploy machine learning systems that redefine how software is built, from concept to production at scale.
Responsibilities
- Architect and build machine learning systems for AI-powered software development.
- Drive projects from initial design through production deployment.
- Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and researchers.
- Mentor other engineers and make critical design decisions.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of hands-on experience in software engineering with focus on machine learning.
- Expert knowledge of machine learning modeling and applied ML research.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C++, or Swift.
- Track record of delivering high-quality products and solving complex problems.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment with clear communication.
- Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning Engineering, or equivalent experience.
