About the Role
Motional seeks a Senior Software Engineer to join its AI Data Application team, building the next generation of ML dataset generation and data search applications. You will collaborate with data mining and ML researchers to accelerate development cycles for autonomous driving.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with data mining, ML researchers, and data platform teams.
- Design and build data curation, mining, and search applications.
- Mentor junior engineers on best practices.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related field.
- 4+ years of professional experience building web applications.
- Extensive experience with web applications for search and data curation.
- Strong programming skills in TypeScript and Python.
- Strong knowledge of React, REST/gRPC services, AWS (EKS, Lambda), and Terraform.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in autonomous vehicles.
- Prior experience with Bazel build systems.
