AI/ML Ingenjör (Generativ AI & Dokumentanalys)

Develop and productionize a generative AI solution for analyzing unstructured documents. Build data pipelines, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) logic, and backend APIs for a scalable document analysis platform. Collaborate with a team to ensure stability, scalability, and observability.

• Develop pipelines for document ingestion and processing
• Extract text, segment, and manage metadata from documents
• Generate embeddings and manage vector indices for retrieval
• Implement RAG-based question-answering flows
• Build backend APIs for AI-driven document analysis applications
• Ensure scalability, stability, and observability of the solution

• 10+ years of experience in data, AI, or machine learning development
• Proven experience with generative AI or LLM-based solutions
• Experience building and implementing RAG or similar retrieval-based AI architectures
• Experience with data and ML platforms (e.g., Databricks)
• Strong Python skills and API development experience
• Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written)

• Experience with document analysis or large text datasets
